VistaCare represents our company-wide mission to deliver velvet glove treatment from our very first business contact with you to continuing post-meeting service. Each member of our staff is trained to be sensitive to each and every client need, every step of the way.

We have found through years of experience that there are three key areas where VistaCare really shines:

Before the meeting

We pride ourselves on fast response. You’ll notice that right away. Once you’ve submitted your meeting specifications to us for an estimate, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote the same day. We will also follow up by phone to make sure that you received the quote and to ask if there are any questions.

After you’ve approved the quote, we will guide you through the entire process. That includes our support in developing the questions for the meeting, deciding on the best graphic style to present the responses or findings and recommending the most appropriate features to support your meeting goals. In addition, we are very conscious of your corporate branding needs and we find the best way to integrate your branding throughout the process. We also suggest a review of the finished presentation to assure that timing and cues are in place.

During the meeting

Our goal is to make sure that you have a flawless meeting. We provide a fully trained System Specialist to work closely with you during the entire meeting. Our technician will arrive the day before the meeting to set up and test the equipment. Of course we will have back up equipment at the meeting. We also allow for a final review and rehearsal of the questions. This is the time to make any revisions to the questions or graphics.

Once the meeting is over, we can provide you with reports of the responses and findings from the meeting the same day.


After the meeting

Within 48 hours of the meeting, we will send you color electronic reports that reflect the questions and answers from the meeting. We archive all the meeting content for your convenience at no expense to you. Once your successful meeting is concluded, you may have some questions or issues that arise in the days following the event. Vistacom provides staff to answer any questions you may have after the meeting.

Within a week of the meeting, we will send you a VistaCare client service survey intended to identify any areas that our firm needs to address for the future. We’re confident that once you’ve experienced our velvet glove treatment, you’ll never consider taking your business elsewhere.
